Renowned Chef Roy Giam presents a delectable gastronomical menu inspired by travels, experiences and his Malaysian roots.

Roy’s culinary style focuses on authenticity and implementing innovative techniques alongside his favourite wood-fired cooking to retain the purest flavours of each ingredient. Through mastering the balance of flavour profiles and spice, he presents a distinct New Zealand spin on Asian cuisine, inspired from all across the globe.

His menu is fresh produce-driven, innovative and adventurous with new seasonal additions to continuously excite. Constantly evolving and collaborating with his team of skilled chefs, Roy sets the Harbour Society’s tone of light, airy and welcoming space to wine and dine.
